Guests staying 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary bath and brush before check out.
Dogs from the same family may share a room. Please contact our concierge to determine which size room best accommodates your pets’ needs.
Special arrangements may be made in advance for early arrival or late departure for a charge of $10 during business hours and $20 after business hours, because we know how much you missed your pet while you were away.
Pets not picked up by closing time will be considered overnight guests and charged the standard boarding rate for that evening.
Why do we require your dog to be assessed before booking with us? We want all the dogs to be comfortable with our facility, as well as our staff. We want to see how they handle being in one of our boarding rooms, meeting new people, seeing how they walk on leash, how they handle their anxiety, how they do with other dogs (not required, they can do 1:1 play with staff) and overall if Dogwood is a good fit for them.
