At the Dogwood Hotel and Day Spa, we are fully aware of how busy our customer’s lives can be. In order to alleviate some of the stress and responsibility, we offer our customers a convenient and affordable Pickup and Delivery service for their pet(s). All pets will ride in our deluxe custom designed van, designed for their safety and comfort.

This service is available 7 days a week during regular business hours.

All pickups and deliveries within the metro area are just $10 one way (per household).

For pick-up and deliveries outside of normal business hours or the metro area, please call our concierge at (605) 232 3647, for special pricing.

Please schedule your pet’s transportation at least 24 hours in advance of check-in, to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
